Just where does the NRA stand on irresponsible firearms activities? :: 06/04/2014

In this article, from Associated Press, the NRA's Chris Cox says "it was a low level staffer. It shouldn't have happened", but here's the first comment from NRA, who took a stance that squares with most responsible gun owners. "Using guns merely to draw attention to yourself in public not only defies common sense, it shows a lack of consideration and manners. That's not the Texas way. And that's certainly not the NRA way," the unsigned statement said. It remained on the NRA's website early Wednesday.
