9th Circuit Court tells California they have stepped over the line :: 02/14/2014
"The Ninth Circuit's decision in Peruta v. San Diego , affirms the right of law-abiding citizens to carry handguns for lawful protection in public."
Generally, the Ninth Circuit Court hasn't been particularly kind to gun owners, however we applaud their effort to force California to at least partially follow the Constitution. While the ruling surely doesn't go as far as we would like it to, at least its some relief for lawful gun owners in California who with to carry a defense firearm.
